Many of our patients ask what they can do to support their recovery following treatments as well as to maintain their health and wellbeing. To assist them we developed a self-care programme called Care For Your Qi. This consists of the ancient practice of qigong exercises, individualised dietary recommendations and lifestyle advice.
This programme can be accessed either by our patients following a course of treatments with us or as a stand alone programme of self-care and personal development.
How can you access this programme?
One-on-one sessions are available in Central London or via Skype. Workshops are also being planned.
