Qi Gong is the active cultivation of Qi for health and wellbeing. Our daily activities constantly deplete our vitality and drain away the Qi of our organs which eventually causes dis-ease within the body-mind continuum. Regenerating this vital energy is not usually part of our dailiy enquiry.
Caring for your Qi is as easy as stopping and breathing
These simple, gentle exercises are suitable for people of all fitness levels and abilities. It will be combined with a meditation for training the mind.
Qi Gong paves the way yet does not prescribe a value system. It is also an opportunity to focus on the significance of the movements and their specific applications for those who have attended previous workshops.
